This Paper Disc Groundwater Velocimeter was co-developed with Yamaguchi University Faculty of Engineering, and manufactured by Daiki.

YouTube was shot in Sarufutsu Village of Hokkaido to test measurement. It is assembled, connected with rods, covered a net for drainage, then installed in the monitoring well. After passing a certain time, pulled it up and collected and dried disc papers. The result can be read by the length and direction for the trailing from the black ink in center of the paper. To precise reading, optional ruler and scanning to PC are available.
